ZOO

We went to the Zoo last weekend. It was fun. The baby elephant was really cute, so was the giraffe. I think I had the most fun visiting grandma & grandpa, and hanging with Sarah at lunch. I think Hailey & JT had more fun on the playground than anywhere else. Chasing the peacock was fun too!

Dustin has taken us out on his boat at least once a week for the past month. It has been so much fun. Hopefully by the end of summer Hailey and JT will swim in the water and I'll be able to go more than 100' on skiis. Joe & Dustin are show offs with their awesome skills.

Family Reunion

We had a lot of fun on our Olsen family reunion. We found a waterfall and cave. It was different without mom & dad there but we still had a good time.

Hailey Easter Sunday

Hailey is helping mom & dad work on the basement. She was very focused and did a really good job!

We went on a sleigh ride at Hardware Ranch. You had to hike to the top of a big hill to buy the tickets. JT made it to the very top and then fell. Good thing he is so tough!

In February we had a really fun snowmobiling trip with the Dowd's. We would tube down a giant hill and then get a ride to the top on the snowmobiles. I had my first wreck on a snowmobile. I rolled it. Jeff got me upright again.

Buster February 21, 2004 - February 21, 2009

My poor puppy died Saturday February 21 2009. He died doing what he loved best going for a walk. He was struck by a car, and died in my arms. I am so, so, sorry Buster. Buster had a ton of personality and was hard not to like. He was such a good dog. I never knew I could love a pet so much. He was a big part of this family and will be greatly missed. Life's just not the same without him. I love you Buster.

Happy Birthday J.T.

J.T. had a fun birthday too. Lightening McQueen was the theme of the day. We went and saw his horses too, of course. I can't believe he is already 2. He is so cute!

Hailey had a fun birthday. She got to pick everything we did for the entire day. We went to Sizzler for dinner, went bowling, and then did presents and cake. It was a fun day.

Christmas

J.T. was super exited for Christmas. He loved checking out what everyone else got more than he like opening his own presents. Christmas was really fun this year.

Hailey's 2008 Gingerbread House

Hailey did a really good job on her Gingerbread House this year. It only lasted a few hours before dad, Hailey and J.T. just couldn't resist tasting it.

Snow Time

Hailey and J.T. were really excited to play in the first big snow this year. Hailey likes to eat it more than play in it, and J.T. was just happy to be outside.

J.T. was very serious when it came to playing in the snow. Sorry about the purple gloves buddy, but it was nice of Hailey to share.

Hailey's had her first dance recital. It was really funny. She did a good job when she paid attention, and she had a lot of fun.

Hailey was a big help decorating for Christmas this year. J.T. on the other hand broke 5 ornaments in less than 2 minutes. He is busy.

My mom helped watch the kids while my dad, Joe and I worked on the basement. Hailey had so much fun! Notice her outfit, she calls it "twinkle star to twinkle star," it's one of her favorites.
